• Backbone support and coordination

• Governance development

• Systems change and community collaboration

• Strategic planning and sustainability

Areas of focus

• Provide interim backbone support functions

• Explore and establish a sustainable backbone model

• Co-create governance structures and practices

• Develop pathways for long-term sustainability and resourcing

• Support collective sense-making, collaboration, and stewardship
